Theory Of Convergence in 3's

due to ongoing technical difficulties, I have been unable to the contribute to the soundtrack of my/your life. as limits are presented, here is my temporary workaround. so much to catch up on. kicking and screaming dvd, ding. get it. no movie has greater lines - "i'm nostaligic for conversations i've had yesterday" and so on. post college pardom depression angst truth. trust me, if you don't like it, noah baumbach himself will give you a full refund. got the 3rd and final season of arrested development - one of the greatest shows ever.

working on a total site redesign to help convey the meaningless propaganda i am trying to sell you. "are you foeweel ?" shirts coming. thanks to everyone who sends me music, tickets, pictures, etc. it's tough getting through the music and i apologize for either a lack of a response or a delayed one, but with a fulltime job, the tutoring i do for inner city marin kids and my intructional classes on hip-hop-tae-boa, it's hard to find the time. anywho, back to da music.

New Order - Lonesome Tonight (Pop) one of my favorite new order songs. a beeside. one of the first bands i saw in concert and one of the first that i bought everything i could. have the limited run2 12". well, lately not as good, but still one of the most influential bands to meld guitars with electronics. and not to mention their former band and the influence they have had lately.

The Afghan Whigs - Rebirth Of Cool (Rock) has that james brown funky drummer tambourine thing going on. heard it the other day from a past episode of rescue me. that show has featured tricky, portishead and others. a great show that uses music well. the whigs. modern r&b for the indie doofus crowd. i heard they are getting back to record a few songs for a best-of comp. if they tour, you must go see them. a true rock/soul SHOW.

Squarepusher - Itti-Fack (Abstract Beats) this is from the sqaure window promo 3" cd. this guy is a mad genius on the bass and plays along to these beautiful melodies that turns into a sharp knife driving deeper and deeper into your cranium. a unique talent who helped aphex twin take it to another level. new cd coming out soon.

TV On The Radio - Wolf Like Me (Live @ One Music Session) (Alternative Rock) this is a great live version of TVOTR's latest single. the us version is coming out tuesday. get it. it has 2 beesides and a great El-P remix of 'hours'. these guys are important. they're different. they make art. they convey true emotion in twisted allegories of your life.
